Rental terms and conditions

RESERVATION:

Reservation is to be finally confirmed only after receiving the confirmation letter that the Agency Summer will send immediately after receiving the confirmation deposit.

Agency Summer reserves to refuse the deposit which should prevent more than the date shown in the "letter of request".

The prices include:water,electricity,gas,agency fees and commissions.

EXTRA:Tourist tax (€1 per person a day, from the age of 4, for the first 10 days of rent) - tax stamp (€ 2,00) and air conditioning.

PAYMENT:

The deposit must be equal to 30% of the rent.The balance of the rent must be aid together with the delivery of the keys on the day of arrival by cash or cheque.

CANCELLATION POLICY:

In case of cancellation of at least 4 weeks before arrival,the customer does not lose the deposit.He can take advantage of the deposit for a stay to be made in another period,according to the availability of the agency,in the current year,otherwise the deposit will not be refunded.

ARRIVAL:

The arrival must be on the established day between 16.00 an 19.00; in case of delay please notify promptly the Agency Summer,otherwise the apartment will be available only for the following 24 hours,after which it may be rented again,with consequent loss of deposit.

CHECK IN:

On arrival the guest will hand in their identity documents that will be given to the office of public safety.Any complaints regarding the sate of apartment must be notified within 24 hours of arrival.

PRICES:

Prices may vary according to the seasonal pattern at the discetion of Agency Summer.

The apartments are all equipped with EPA(Energy Performance Certificate)available at the headquarters of the Agency Summer.

STANDARDS OF LIVING:

It si not allowed to use electric cookers,stoves and similar.Animals are prohibited(unless special arrangements are made directly with the Agency Summer).

The number of guests must not be exceed the number of beds set,otherwise the contract may be terminated by deed or fault of the tenant,or will be charged an extra per person at the discrection of the Agency Summer.Guests must respect the hours of condominium silence.Will have to avoid noise from 13.00 to 16.00 and from 23.00 to 8.00. If this clause is not observed,the contract may be terminated by deed or fault of the tenant.

IN THESE APARTMENTS:

The apartments are fully furnished;available for each bed a blanket and pillow.

The parking space is for normal size cars.Regarding buses,vans and minicaravan parking space is not guaranteed.The customers must bring along their own bedding,kitchen,bath and other accessories.The mattress covers and pillow covers can not be used as bedding. Rental of bedding is available in Agency.

CLEANING:

The contract does not provide the cleaning of the apartment so it is under customer responsability.

On departure day (before 10.00),the apartent must be left clean,tidyand without garbage.

One of our staff will check the state of the apartment.

CHECK OUT-DEPARTURE:

On departure day the apartment must be vacated and cleaned by 10.00.The departure must take place during office hours.On request Agency Summer may authorize departures after office hours but in this case it reserves the right to retain the deposit and mail it after checking the apartment.If the apartment is not properly cleaned the Agency is authorized to charge the customer the repair costs.

AGENCY RESPONSIBILITY:

Agency Summer acts only as an intermediary between the customer and the owner of the apartment.No responsibility can be imputed for breakages,accidents,losses,delays and inconveniences in general that should occur in the appartment.It will,however,be their services to solve any problems understanding that any claim for damages should be addressed to the owner of the apartments through the Agency.

LEASEHOLDS

Agency Summer reserves,in case of unexpected or impediments,the right to replace the apartment with another of the same beds,without any prior notice.The Agency reserves the right to enter the apartment at any time,even in the absence of tenants,for effecting repairs or maintenance;if during the inspection any serious failures arise,the contract will be canceled with immediate effect of low.

FAILURE TO COMPLY WITH THE GENERAL CONDITIONS OF RENT INVOLVES THE LOSS OF THE DEPOSIT.PAYMENT OF DEPOSIT ASSUMES THE PERFECT KNOWLEDGE AND ACCEPTANCE OF THE TERMS ABOVE.
